Canon Showcases Digital Imaging Solutions New York Incentive Rewards And Recognition Show

DIGITAL CAMCORDERS

VIXIA High Definition Flash-Based Camcorders – The VIXIA HF10 Dual Flash Memory and HF100 Flash Memory camcorders are packed with advanced technology and a wealth of features to create stunning quality video. The Canon VIXIA HF10 Dual Flash Memory camcorder offers the flexibility of recording up to six hours of high-definition video to a 16GB internal flash drive, as well as the option of recording to a SDHC memory card for future expandability. The HF100 Flash Memory camcorder features an SDHC memory card slot only.

These camcorders also offer a newly designed Genuine Canon 12x HD Video Lens, a robust Canon 3.3 Megapixel Full HD CMOS Image Sensor, and Full HD Lens-to-Screen (1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution to capture, record and output).The VIXIA HF10 Dual Flash Memory and HF100 Flash Memory camcorders offer a new feature called 30p Progressive Mode. Canon's 30p Progressive Mode, once exclusive to pro-level camcorders, delivers clarity for fast action events, such as sports or news, and is the perfect frame rate for clips intended to be posted on the Web.

Standard Definition Flash-Based Camcorders – The FS11 Dual Flash Memory camcorder offers a 16GB internal Flash drive, for up to 10 hours of video recording, plus adds the flexibility of a SDHC memory card slot. The FS10 Dual Flash Memory camcorder offers an 8GB internal Flash drive, for up to five hours of recording capacity, and also features a SDHC card slot. The FS100 Flash Memory camcorder has an SDHC card slot only, and comes in three stylish colors - Moonstone Silver, Sapphire Blue and Garnet Wine. All three camcorders share Genuine Canon 48x Advanced Zoom along with a 1.07 Megapixel CCD Image Sensor, and Canon's DIGIC DV II Image Processor for exceptional color and clarity. Weighing only 9.2 ounces, these ultra-sleek camcorders are just as stunning as the images they capture.

DIGITAL CAMERAS

PowerShot SD890 IS – The 10.0-megapixel PowerShot SD890 IS Digital ELPH camera features a 5X Optical Zoom with an Optical Image Stabilizer and improved Face Detection Technology to produce exceptional images. With a new curved design and a 2.5-inch LCD screen this camera fits easily into any shirt pocket or fashionable bag.

PowerShot SD790 IS – With the combination of 10.0-megapixels, a 3X Optical Zoom and Optical Image Stabilization, the PowerShot SD790 IS Digital ELPH camera is ideal for the consumer on-the-go. The three-inch LCD screen makes viewing the images captured easier with a wide range of viewing angles. The inclusion of Motion Detection Technology detects subject movement and reduces the image blur.

PowerShot SD770 IS – The PowerShot SD770 IS Digital ELPH camera's 10.0-megapixel sensor helps to deliver crisp, vibrant images. Along with a 2.5-inch LCD screen, 3X Optical Zoom, Optical Image Stabilization, Face Detection and Motion Detection Technology, this camera is ideal for the photographer looking for a point-and-shoot camera. This camera is also available in all silver or with black accents.

PowerShot SD1100 IS – This feature-rich, 8.0-megapixel, optically image stabilized digital camera features a sharp and fast 3X Optical Zoom Lens. The PowerShot SD1100 IS Digital ELPH camera also features Canon's advanced Optical Image Stabilization system that significantly reduces the image-blurring effects of camera shake by shifting the lens to compensate for the movement. Available in five designer shades-Bohemian Brown, Pink Melody, Rhythm and Blue, Golden Tone and Swing Silver, the PowerShot SD1100 IS Digital ELPH cameras feature the latest and most advanced generation of Canon's Genuine Face Detection, Face Selection and Motion Detection Technology.

EOS Rebel XSi – The 12.2-megapixel EOS Rebel XSi Digital SLR camera boasts an improved autofocus sensor, an advanced Live View function, and the proprietary DIGIC III image processor. This entry-level digital SLR camera delivers images that will delight and inspire family and friends when paired with any of the more than 60 compatible Canon EF and EF-S lenses. This includes optically image stabilized EF-S lenses like the EF-S18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS, which is now available as an optional kit lens. This camera is also available in silver or black.

PRINTERS

PIXMA MX7600 – With the incorporation of the new PgR technology, the PIXMA MX7600 Office All-In-One printer allows consumers to print superb quality color documents or presentations on plain paper at a small office or even from the comfort of home. This Office AIO printer also comes equipped with an automatic document feeder (ADF) and Advanced Media Handling with Auto Duplex printing and two-way paper feeding. The ADF allows for both sides of a letter-sized document to be copied/scanned automatically while Auto Duplex printing of two-sided letter-sized documents can be copied/scanned without having to manually turn over pages or re-feed the document.

PIXMA iP100 – The PIXMA iP100 Mobile Printer addresses printing needs on-the-go while delivering high-quality text and graphics for printing a last-minute business presentation. It affords users the ability to print beautiful borderless color photos from the car or in the office. This mobile printer also has increased color resolution with faster printing speeds than previous models, while offering a number of accessories that make it easier to conduct business outside of the office.
